Dan Fagan runs like a French schoolgirl from Eddie Burke

“Did you suck?”

Dan Fagan went on a big rant after Aaron Selbig of KUDO got fired, saying “to get fired from media you have to suck” then went on to say that Aaron Selbig sucks.
Radio host Eddie Burke from 700 KBYR, saw Dan Fagan walking into the courthouse after the Victor Kohring sentencing last Thursday. Eddie goes up and puts a microphone in his face and starts asking him questions:
1) “Is it true that to get fired from media you must suck?”
2) “Did you fired from KTUU?” (he wouldn’t answer it truthfully but yes he did)
3) “Is it true that you trashed a hotel in Juneau?” (truthfully I was told it was an apartment, but he wouldn’t answer that question truthfully either).
In the middle of this “impromptu” interview, Fagan (growing redder and more agitated) asks security in the courthouse if they can come over and “help” take care of Eddie who was trying to interview him. The guards just laughed and said, “No.”

Now that is funny. I don’t know who Eddie Burke is, but I respect anyone who goes after Fagan like that. KUDO’s to you Burke. Julia
looks like Dan must have sucked something or didn’t depending on how you want to look at it.
Wish he could have heard his voice so Eddie can play it on his show.
Anyone who has worked in media knows that you have not actually worked in media until you have ben fired a few times. Being fired from Radtio/TV is not anythign to be ashamed of.
I got fired from a radio station - KRAB FM in Seattle - in 1971. The board met two days later, fired my boss, and hired me back. With a raise. Sometimes I wish the board had upheld my boss’s decision. It would have gotten me to Alaska two years earlier.
