"Men in Trees" Heche gets divorce papersFebruary 5th, 2007Los Angeles - The husband of "Men in Trees" actress Anne Heche has filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, according to Los Angeles court papers. 
Coleman Laffoon, who has been married to Heche for five years, also requested alimony and joint custody of their four-year-old son Homer. The couple, who met while working on a documentary about comic Ellen DeGeneres in 2001, separated last month. Heche had a three-year relationship with DeGeneres which ended in 2000. Worst films Heche and film cameraman Laffoon did not disclose the reason for their break-up which was announced in January. The 37-year-old actress currently plays a relationship counsellor who relocates to Alaska in the TV drama Men In Trees. Her big screen credits include Wag The Dag and Donnie Brasco and the 1998 remake of classic thriller Psycho, in which she played Marion Crane, murdered in the shower by Norman Bates.
