Inga Marchand, Foxy's real name, failed to show up at the Broward, Florida courthouse.

Brown was arrested February 15th after getting into a fight at a Pembroke Pines, Florida beauty supply store.

She was charged with resisting arrest and simple battery.

When Brown is arrested she will be jailed until she posts a $5,000 bond.

Earlier this month, Brown pleaded guilty to a probation violation for leaving New York and going to Florida without permission.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Melissa Jackson said Brown's sentence will continue the six months' probation she is already serving.

But the judge also warned that if there were any other probation infractions, she would reserve the right to jail Brown for up to a year.
